Training and Consulting
Does your mental health or medical organization need help supporting the professional development of its providers?
Do you hear clinicians saying things like, “I’m feeling really impatient with people lately,” or “I’m just not enjoying my work anymore”?
Working well under stressful conditions requires special skills. Years of experience training and providing clinical supervision and consultation in U.S.- and internationally-based health care organizations has given us a unique perspective on stress and resiliency among caregivers. We can help providers in your organization learn to manage complex work environments and maintain empathy for patients while finding joy in their work and preserving their own mental health and well-being, helping your organization run more effectively and efficiently.
Supervision
Exploring clinical work is one of the most exciting parts of most therapists’ career, but most clinicians find that the learning curve is long and steep. As a Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Approved Supervisor, I find that a deeply treasured part of my work is providing supervision that enhances clinicians’ professional growth and development across a range of dimensions.
